Exercise examples: Light jogging and agility drills to increase heart rate and prepare muscles for the workout. 💪 Core and Stability Training (15 minutes): **Exercise examples: Planks, side planks, and stability ball drills to strengthen the core, which is crucial for batting and pitching stability. **Balance exercises to enhance body control are essential for fielding. 🏋️ Strength Training (15 minutes): Focused on building muscle strength required for throwing and batting.
